V-Blenders consist of sections joined at about 90 degrees.  The agitator creates mixing by rotating horizontally on an axis.  Designed for batch type of process.  Industry use includes confectioner's, flour, milk, powder, chocolate, coffee, gelatin, baby foods and starches.
